Artificial Intelligence AI

AI what is it. Supposedly this is the way forward. It can apparently help us with everything. Reading past the blurb what is it in general terms. I will try and keep this as short as I can. To understand this we must look back at how information has been processed in the past stages of knowledge sharing.

All of this methods still have a place in todays society

• Manual Direct Learning - Before data, probably the first method of learning was watching and copying someone doing something until you built the knowledge to perform the task. 
  • Environment - things were simple, we were only just learning to live in communities  
  • An example task could be making fire
• Spoken Instruction - With Language we could explain to someone how to do something which improved on the above method.
  • Environment - Starting to build communities
  • Example the person making the coffee might not know to use hot water just by watching.
• Written Instruction - With words and numbers came reading, writing, math and education. So we could give ourselves the tools to understand the environment we live in.

We are being encouraged to incorporate it into our daily lives. Indeed we are almost being forced to adopt it through the technologies we already use.
